SPAN 530: Spanish Translation and Interpretation
This practical course aims to help students acquire basic knowledge of interpretation skills with an emphasis on written translation. The emphasis of this course is on the translation of a variety of texts from different disciplines and fields.

Term: This is a Winter/Spring I course. Participants may register for one Full Semester course OR one course each in Winter/Spring I and Winter/Spring II.
Prerequisite(s): Qualified to teach content area, BA in Spanish or a related field or proof of Spanish proficiency. Prospective students will be required to submit their Teaching Philosophy in Spanish.
