SPAN 570: Spanish Speaking Countries Cultural Studies

This course offers the opportunity to study artifacts taken from literary works, film, painting, theatre, and music, among others, produced in different Spanish-speaking countries through the lens of cultural studies.

Term: This is a Winter/Spring II course. Participants may register for one Full Semester course OR one course each in Winter/Spring I and Winter/Spring II.
Prerequisite(s): Qualified to teach content area, BA in Spanish or a related field or proof of Spanish proficiency. Prospective students will be required to submit their Teaching Philosophy in Spanish.
